Overview:
We recently partnered with a leading smart home brand to manufacture a custom, high-precision modular switch and timer assembly. This smart control panel features a multi-layered structure combining electronic PCBs, internal structural frames, and a sleek user interface with crisp tactile buttons.
The Challenge:
🔴Tight Tolerances for Seamless Fit: Modular design requires seamless assembly between the PCB housing, mid-frame, and button panel. Even the slightest deformation can cause button jamming or uneven gaps.
🔵Premium Cosmetic Appearance: As an exposed component of high-end smart home systems, the housing surface must be free of sink marks, weld lines, or burrs, possessing a premium matte finish.
🟣Material Strength & Insulation: The design must ensure structural strength for repeated insertions and removals while maintaining excellent insulation performance.

Our Solution:
✔️Precision Tooling & CNC Post-Machining: High-precision CNC machining centers are used to create molds, and ultra-precision post-machining is performed at key assembly points, strictly controlling tolerances within ±0.02mm to ensure smooth module insertion and removal and crisp button feedback.
✔️Optimized Injection Molding Process: Injection pressure and cooling time are strictly controlled, and high-quality engineering plastics (such as PC/ABS) are selected to completely eliminate surface defects and present a perfect matte visual effect.
✔️100% Fitment & Functional Testing: Full-range actual module fitting tests are conducted before shipment to ensure that every component delivered to the customer is perfectly aligned.
