This customer is a new energy enterprise focusing on commercial EV charging station construction. 

They needed mass-produced charging pile cabinet housings for outdoor public charging stations.

• Outdoor long-term use requires strong anti-rust & weather resistance;

• Cabinet dimensional tolerance must be precise for internal electrical module assembly;

• Need integrated waterproof, heat dissipation and dust-proof structure inside the shell;

2. Our Sheet Metal Processing Solution

⭕️Material Selection: Adopt 1.5mm SPCC cold rolled steel for main cabinet body, thickened base plate for load bearing; 

    use 304 stainless steel for front panel facing outdoor exposure.

⭕️Precision Processing Flow: Laser cutting → CNC bending → seamless laser welding → stud welding & rivet nut embedding

     → surface grinding & phosphating treatment → outdoor fluorocarbon powder coating.

⭕️ Structural Custom Design: Integral bending cabinet reduces welding seams for flat appearance; sloped top surface for rainwater

      drainage; built-in louver heat dissipation structure to avoid internal overheating; reserved mounting slots for display screen, 

      charging gun holes and wiring holes at one time.
